WhatsApp 商戶訊息對話(Business-initiated conversation):
- 由商戶發起的對話。
- 發送內容被端到端加密,以確保內容安全。
- 模板訊息內容需要預先由 WhatsApp 團隊單獨批准,並分為3個不同的分類Marketing, Utillty, Authentication 以確保他們不違反 WhatsApp 政策。
- 如客戶上次回复您已超過 24 小時(24 小時窗口),您必須使用模板消息作出回應。
- 商戶訊息對話(Business-initiated conversation)會在由商戶發送後模板訊息開始,並從由送後模板訊息後開始計算24小時。稱為24小時會話窗口(Customer Care Window)在時間內發送模板訊息不會再次收費(注*不同分類的模板是獨立計算收費及24小時窗口時間)。
- 相同分類的模板訊息24小內只會收取一次商戶訊息對話費用(Business-initiated conversation),24小時後需要再付費開始24小時窗口。
- 模板訊息包含文本、鏈接、表情符號或特定於 WhatsApp 的格式。
- 模板訊息可以是純文本消息。
- 支持媒體 – Jpeg、png、pdf 、MP4。
- 模板消息是需要付費的。
- 模板消息文字內容不可超過 1024 個字符。
- 模板消息支援多種語言。
WhatsApp Business-initiated conversation Message:
- Conversation initiated by businesses.
- Messages sent are end-to-end encrypted to ensure content security.
- Template message content needs to be pre-approved by the WhatsApp team and is categorized into three different categories: Marketing, Utility, and Authentication, to ensure that they do not violate WhatsApp policies.
- If the customer’s response to you was more than 24 hours ago (24-hour window), you must respond using a template message.
- Business-initiated conversation starts after the message is sent by the business and the 24-hour conversation window begins from the time the template message is sent. Sending a template message during this time will not incur additional charges (Note: Different categories of templates are charged and counted separately for the 24-hour window).
- For templates of the same category, the business-initiated conversation fee will only be charged once within 24 hours. After 24 hours, payment will be required to start the 24-hour window again.
- Template messages may include text, links, emojis, or WhatsApp-specific formats.
- Template messages can be plain text messages.
- Supports media – JPEG, PNG, PDF, MP4.
- Template messages require payment.
- The text content of a template message cannot exceed 1024 characters.
- Template messages support multiple languages.

- 由商戶回應客戶查詢後開始。
- 對話開始後所有對話內容也計算為”客戶訊息對話(User-initiated conversation)”包括圖片,影片,語音。
- 客戶訊息對話(User-initiated conversation)會在由商戶回應客戶查詢後開始,並從由商戶回應客戶查詢後開始計算24小時。稱為24小時會話窗口(Customer Care Window)在時間內發送客戶對話訊息不會再次收費。
- 24小內只會收取一次客戶訊息對話(User-initiated conversation)費用,24小時後需要再付費開始24小時窗口。
- 允許自由文本(不需要WhatsApp 團隊單獨批准)。
- 您可以等待客戶向您發送訊息,也可以發送模板訊息以邀請用戶回复。
WhatsApp User-initiated conversation Message :
- Started by merchants reply to customer inquiries.
- After the conversation starts, all conversations are also counted as “User-initiated conversations” including pictures, videos, and voices.
- A User-initiated conversation starts when a after the merchant reply to the customer inquiries, and lasts for 24 hours from the most recently received message.
- Known as 24-hour session window (Customer Care Window).
- A conversation will only be charged once per 24 hours, after 24 hours, need to pay again to start the 24-hour window.
- Freeform text is permitted
- You can wait for users to message your app, or you can send a Template Message to invite the user to respond.
