【什麼電話號碼可以被 WhatsApp API Account 使用?】
開設一個新的 WhatsApp API account 需要一個有效並真實的電話號碼，
號碼可以是傳統固網號碼(非手機號碼包括現有傳統熱線號碼)或一般手機號碼 (*需要進行Facebook驗證步驟,該號必須能夠接收SMS訊息或語音通話訊息)。
同時該號碼不可以被其他WhatsApp Account 所使用，包括 WhatsApp APP, Whatsapp Business APP 或 第三方 Whatsapp API Account。
*如號碼已被使使用，則需要刪除該號碼的WhatsApp App賬號或將賬號轉移到其他號碼

The number can be a fixed network number or a mobile phone number (*The number must be able to receive SMS messages or voice call messages).
Also the number cannot be used by other WhatsApp Accounts, including WhatsApp APP, Whatsapp Business APP or third-party Whatsapp API Account.
